    • All surfaces are dusted and disinfected including all picture frames and trinkets

    • Major appliances are cleaned inside and out

    • All ceilings and walls are wiped down

    • All interior and exterior windows (that are accessible) are washed

    • All carpets vacuumed

    • All floors disinfected and polished

    • Time estimate is between 4-8 hours dependent on square footage of home

    Square Footage General Guideline:

    • < 1000 sq. ft. // $130 - $270 // 1.5 - 3 hrs

    • 1000-2000 sq. ft. // $180 - $410 // 2 - 4.5 hrs

    • 2500-3500 sq. ft. // $375 - $625 // 4 - 6 hrs

    • 4000-6000 sq. ft. // $625 - $900 // 6.5 - 10 hrs

  • Kitchen

    All major appliances, including external refrigerator, oven, stovetop, dishwasher, and microwave are cleaned. All countertop items are removed, wiped down, and returned to their original place!

    I also disinfect all light-switch plates, door handles, and remove any tough grease spots on walls.

  • Bathroom

    Clawfoot tub? Standing shower? I individualize my bathroom cleaning plans so your needs are met!

    I specialize in removing lime build up on sinks and shower heads, as well as hard water stains on glass doors. Toilet bowls and bases, sinks, walls, and showers are left in pristine condition for the ultimate commode experience!

  • Living Space

    Focusing on your living and dining areas, I ensure all baseboards, lampshades, fan blades, light fixtures, and framed pictures and artwork are left dust free.

    I vacuum under couch cushions, vacuum carpets, sweep, and mop as well as disinfectant all tables, chairs, door handles and light switch plates for a refreshing and relaxing environment.

  • Bedrooms

    Most often included with a Deep Cleaning Service, I focus on all baseboards, lampshades, fan blades, light fixtures, and all framed pictures and artwork are left dust free.

    I vacuum, sweep and mop, as well as disinfectant all tables, chairs, door handles, and light switch plates.

    Upon request, I can also change bed linens and send any dirty laundry to your laundry room!

    For an additional fee, I’ll load it up in my SUV, drop it off, and hand you the receipt. A dump haul is added to the final payment for a comprehensive, no hassle experience!

  • Children's Playroom

    Has this space gotten out of control? I understand! When raising small children, you can accumulate a lot. Let’s inspire creativity with age appropriate organizational tactics and make a home for everything, from art supplies to costumes!

  • Laundry

    I believe time is our most valuable commodity and laundry is no time saver. I offer this service free-of-charge as long as all delicate items are removed. I will flip and fold loads during my time within your home as time allows. Need me to dedicate time to this service? Let me know!
